Main Ingredients
- 4 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1 whole onion
- 1/5 radish
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 chili peppers
- 6 dried anchovies
- 💧 1 liter water
Seasonings
- 7 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 0.5 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Rinse the fish cakes in warm water and cut into squares. Slice the onion, radish, chili peppers, and green onion.
In a pot, add 1 liter of water and the dried anchovies. Bring to a boil and remove the anchovies once the broth is ready.
Add the sliced radish to the broth and let it cook until softened.
Add the sliced onion to the pot and continue cooking.
Add the fish cakes to the pot and let them cook thoroughly.
Add the sliced chili peppers and green onion to the pot.
Season the soup with soy sauce, adjusting to taste.
Add minced garlic and black pepper to the soup.
Serve the soup hot and enjoy!
