- 1/2 cup blanched bean sprouts

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

ÉTAPES
Combine all seasoning ingredients to make the sauce. Adjust sweetness or sourness by adding more sugar or vinegar as desired.
Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water until fully cooked, then rinse in cold water and drain.
