- Vegetables - 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 5 perilla leaves, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
 
- Sauce - 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
 
- Optional - 🥚 1 boiled egg
 
ÉTAPES
Prepare the vegetables by slicing cabbage, cucumber, carrot, perilla leaves, and onion into thin strips.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the sauce.
Boil jjolmyeon noodles for 3-4 minutes, ensuring they are fully separated before cooking.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Combine the noodles, vegetables, and sauce in a large bowl and mix well using gloved hands.
Serve the jjolmyeon in a bowl, garnish with boiled egg slices and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
