- 🥩 290g beef for soup
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
- 🌱 290g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 4 green chilies
- 🥔 1/2 radish
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 7 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp soup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil (optional)
ÉTAPES
Soak beef in water for 10 minutes to remove blood.
Slice green onion diagonally.
Slice shiitake mushrooms after washing them post-cutting.
Slice green chilies diagonally.
Cut radish into quarters.
Clean and wash bean sprouts thoroughly.
Stir-fry beef with 5 tbsp soup soy sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and continue stir-frying.
Add radish to the beef and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add 7 tbsp red pepper powder and 1 tbsp chili oil (optional) to the mixture.
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Add water and bring the soup to a boil.
Once boiling, add bean sprouts.
Add green onion and green chilies.
Cover the pot and let it boil vigorously for a while.
Check if radish is tender; if so, the soup is ready.
