Meat
- 🥩 300g sliced beef brisket
Vegetables
- 200g Korean radish, sliced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Korean chili flakes
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Broth
- 💧 6 cups water
- 1 cube beef broth
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the beef brisket until browned.
Add minced garlic and sliced radish to the pot and cook for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in water and add the beef broth cube. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes until radish is tender.
Add soy sauce, Korean chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
