- 🥩 1 cup beef for soup
- 🥗 5 pieces radish

Seasonings

- 2 tbsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Place the beef and radish in a pot. Add 1 cup of water.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and chili powder to the pot. Cover and let it simmer to infuse flavors into the beef and radish.
Add bean sprouts and pour additional water to the pot.
Once the soup starts boiling, add the green onion and chili peppers. Let it cook further.
Taste the soup and adjust seasoning with soy sauce or salt if needed. Let it simmer until the flavors are well blended.
