Main Ingredients
- 2/3 handful glass noodles
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥒 Some cucumber, sliced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- Some oyster mushrooms, torn
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
Japchae Seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧅 2/3 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Prepare the cucumber by peeling and slicing thinly. Slice the onion and green chili thinly, removing seeds. Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces.
Mix the japchae seasoning ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce to the seasoning mix and stir well.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry the sliced vegetables on high heat until softened.
Add the prepared japchae seasoning to the pan and stir-fry on medium heat.
Add the soaked glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute until cooked through.
Serve the spicy japchae rice bowl hot and garnish with sesame seeds.
