Essential Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 1 cup sliced pork for stir-fry
- 🥬 1 handful spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- Some water
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp coarse chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
ÉTAPES
Soak the glass noodles in water until softened.
Slice the onion, green onion, green chilies, and king oyster mushroom. Roughly chop the spinach.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork until browned.
Add shrimp paste and gochujang to the pan and stir-fry with the pork.
Add a small amount of water and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates.
Pour 2 cups of water into the pan and add green onion, onion, king oyster mushroom, and green chilies. Bring to a boil.
Add minced garlic, chili powder, and soy sauce. Stir and let it simmer.
Add fish sauce and the soaked glass noodles. Cook until the noodles are tender.
Finally, add the spinach and cook briefly until wilted. Serve hot.
