    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp dashida seasoning
    • 🧂 A pinch of salt
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 1 tbsp capsaicin sauce

Prepare the rice cakes, Vienna sausages, and fish cakes. Make small cuts on the sausages for better flavor absorption.

Mix the seasoning ingredients: red pepper powder, red pepper paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, dashida, salt, black pepper, and capsaicin sauce.

Add 4 cups of water to a pot and dissolve the seasoning mixture. Bring it to a boil for about 15 minutes.

Add the rice cakes, fish cakes, and sausages to the pot. Reduce to medium heat and simmer.

Simmer for an additional 10 minutes until the flavors are well absorbed. Do not over-reduce the broth.
