INGRÉDIENTS

- 500g cockles
Vegetables
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 red chili, chopped
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp plum extract
ÉTAPES
Clean the cockles thoroughly under running water and soak them in salted water for 20 minutes.
Chop the green chilies and red chili finely.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together, including the chopped chilies.
Boil water in a pot and add the cockles along with 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Stir in one direction while boiling for 3–4 minutes.
Drain the cockles and let them cool. Remove the shells and clean any remaining debris.
Layer the cockles with the prepared sauce and serve.
