INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g tofu
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 200ml anchovy stock
- 3.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped
ÉTAPES
Slice the tofu into pieces slightly less than 1cm thick.
Sprinkle tofu with a pinch of salt and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Pat the tofu dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Chop the onion, green chili, red chili, and spring onion finely.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: anchovy stock, soy sauce, chili powder, sugar, fish sauce, perilla oil, and chopped vegetables.
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp perilla oil.
Pan-fry tofu on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu in the pan.
Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the tofu.
Drizzle 0.5 tbsp perilla oil over the tofu before serving.
