- 🍖 250g pork (for stew)
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 🧈 1/3 block tofu, diced
- 🧄 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🥔 1 medium potato, diced
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 💧 350ml water
- 1 tsp cooking oil
Pork Marinade
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp rice wine
- 🧂 1/4 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the pork by removing excess blood with paper towels. Mix the marinade ingredients and coat the pork. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Dice the onion, tofu, and potato. Slice the green onion, green chili, and red chili.
Heat a pan with oil and stir-fry the marinated pork until partially cooked.
Add the diced potatoes to the pan and stir-fry with the pork.
Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
Add the tofu and onion once the potatoes are halfway cooked. Simmer until the broth reduces and thickens.
Add the green onion, green chili, and red chili. Cook on high heat briefly, then remove from heat.
