- 🥚 14 eggs
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Fill a pot with water to cover the eggs, add 1 tbsp vinegar, and gently stir with chopsticks. Boil for 8–10 minutes.
Peel the boiled eggs and set them aside.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce. Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
Place the peeled eggs in a pot, add enough water to slightly cover them, and pour in the prepared sauce.
Boil on high heat for 8–10 minutes until the sauce reduces to half and the eggs are well braised.
Serve the braised eggs with some sauce over rice for a delicious meal.
