Main Ingredients
- 🥩 1 bowl of beef for soup
- 🌱 270g of bean sprouts
- 1 bowl of radish
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
- 3 chili peppers
- 💧 1 liter of water
Seasonings
- 5 tbsp of red pepper powder
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic
- 4 tbsp of fish sauce
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of cooking wine
- 2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté beef, red pepper powder, cooking wine, and minced garlic.
Add sliced radish and continue sautéing until the radish becomes slightly translucent.
Pour 1 liter of water into the pot and add bean sprouts. Cover and boil for 15–20 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
