Main Ingredients
- 🥩 280g beef for soup
- 300g radish, sliced
- 150g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger wine
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 💧 1.2L water
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: slice radish, chop green onion, and slice chili peppers.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry beef with chili powder.
Once beef changes color, add radish and stir-fry until mixed evenly.
Pour water into the pot, cover, and bring to a boil.
Add minced garlic, chili peppers, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Cover and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low heat.
Add bean sprouts and green onion, simmer until softened.
Serve the spicy beef radish soup hot.
