Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍄 1 handful mushrooms
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 chili pepper
Protein
- 1 cup ground pork
Seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup coarse chili powder
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 3 cups water
ÉTAPES
Heat vegetable oil in a pot and sauté green onion to make green onion oil.
Add ground pork and cook until browned.
Add coarse chili powder and stir quickly to release the aroma.
Place bean sprouts on top and pour water until the sprouts are submerged.
Add onion and mushrooms, then bring to a boil.
Season with soy sauce, fish sauce, and salt to taste. Add minced garlic.
Finish by adding sliced green onion and chili pepper on top.
