- 100g chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 green onion, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, sliced
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the pork hind leg by cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, plum extract, mirin, minced garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Marinate the pork in the prepared sauce, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Slice the green onion, onion, and chili peppers thinly.
Layer bean sprouts on the bottom of a wide pan.
Add chives on top of the bean sprouts.
Place the marinated pork on top of the vegetables.
Pour 100ml of water into the pan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the bean sprouts soften and the pork is fully cooked.
Simmer until the sauce thickens and the pork is tender.
