- 🥩 1 cup beef
- 1/2 cup radish
- 1 handful bean sprouts

ÉTAPES
Mix minced garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper to create a seasoning paste.
Marinate the beef and sliced radish with the seasoning paste.
Add the marinated beef and radish to a pot and stir-fry until the beef is cooked.
Pour 4 cups of water into the pot and bring to a boil.
Once the radish is tender, add a handful of bean sprouts and continue boiling.
Add sliced green onion and adjust the seasoning with salt.
