Main Ingredients
- 1 can canned sea snails
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of sesame oil
- 100g pasta
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sea snail broth
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Rinse the canned sea snails and cut them into thirds.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Slice the onion and cucumber into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the sea snails. Pour the seasoning mixture over and mix well. Add sesame oil.
Boil the pasta for about 7 minutes, then rinse it under cold water.
Plate the dish, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and serve.
