- 🍖 610g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 10 perilla leaves, sliced
- 🧅 Some chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🌰 Some sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Some black pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork shoulder into three portions.
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, red pepper powder, plum extract, cooking wine, sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Marinate the pork with the prepared sauce and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Slice the onion and perilla leaves. Wash and dry them thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and stir-fry the marinated pork.
Add sliced onion to the pan when the pork is almost cooked and stir-fry together.
Add sliced perilla leaves and stir briefly before removing from heat.
Plate the stir-fry, garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
