    • 🥒 1/2 zucchini
    • 🧅 1/3 onion
    • 2 green chilies
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Liquids

    • 💧 400ml water
    • 100ml soju

ÉTAPES

Dice the pork neck, zucchini, onion, and green chilies into small cubes.

Heat 2 tbsp sesame oil in a pan over low heat and stir in 2 tbsp gochujang.

Add the diced pork neck and stir-fry gently until the seasoning coats the meat.

Add 1 tbsp minced garlic and continue stir-frying.

Mix in 1 tbsp red pepper flakes and stir well.

Pour in 100ml soju and cook on high heat to evaporate the alcohol and remove any odor.

Add 400ml water, then stir in the zucchini, onion, and green chilies. Bring to a boil.

Season with 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Once the vegetables are cooked, the stew is ready to serve.
