- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 chili peppers

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice syrup

ÉTAPES
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Mix pork with cooking wine, fish sauce, and black pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Chop chili peppers finely.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok with green onion and garlic.
Fry the pork in the hot oil until golden brown.
Drain the fried pork on a strainer to remove excess oil.
In a pan, combine soy sauce, cooking wine, and rice syrup, then bring to a boil.
Add the fried pork to the sauce and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Mix in chopped chili peppers and sesame seeds.
Serve the dish on a plate.
