- 🍶 1/2 block tofu
- 🍖 3/2 slices spam
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the kimchi into small pieces directly into a pot. Add 1 tbsp sesame oil and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Slice the tofu into pieces the same size as the spam and pan-fry until golden on both sides.
Pan-fry the spam slices until golden on both sides. No oil is needed as spam releases its own fat.
Arrange the fried tofu and spam slices alternately on a plate.
Top the tofu and spam with the stir-fried kimchi generously in the center.
