ÉTAPES
Steam the sweet potato until fully cooked.
Mash 200g of steamed sweet potato using a fork or masher.
Combine mashed sweet potato with 100g glutinous rice flour, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.2 tsp salt, and 0.2 tsp cinnamon powder. Knead into a dough.
Shape the dough into desired donut shapes. Optionally, add cheese cubes inside for extra flavor.
Heat oil on medium heat and fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides.
Mix 4 tbsp sugar and 0.2 tsp cinnamon powder in a wide bowl.
