  • Rice

    • 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
    • 🧂 2 pinches of salt

    • 1/2 can of spam, sliced
    • 1/2 cup of chopped kimchi
    • 1 tbsp of chili powder
    • 1/2 tbsp of sugar
  • Wrap

    • Sufficient amount of seaweed sheets
    • 🥚 2 eggs, beaten

Prepare the ingredients, cutting the seaweed sheets into quarters.

Slice the spam into long strips.

Pan-fry the spam until golden brown.

Chop the kimchi finely.

Add sugar and chili powder to the kimchi and stir-fry for 3 minutes on medium heat.

Season the rice with salt, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.

Spread 2 tablespoons of rice onto a seaweed sheet and layer with spam and stir-fried kimchi.

Roll the gimbap tightly using the seaweed sheet.

Heat 1 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and pour the beaten eggs. Place the gimbap roll on top.
