- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 60g spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: 1 bowl of cooked rice, 60g spam, 1 egg, and 1/2 stalk green onion.
Prepare the seasonings: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, and olive oil.
Heat olive oil in a deep pan over medium heat and sauté the green onion for 1 minute.
Add spam to the pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat for 1 minute.
Push the green onion and spam to one side of the pan, then pour in the egg and scramble it.
Move the scrambled egg to the side and pour oyster sauce into the pan. Simmer for 30 seconds over medium-low heat.
Mix the green onion, spam, and scrambled egg with the oyster sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute over medium-low heat.
Turn off the heat and drizzle sesame oil over the rice.
Mix everything thoroughly to combine.
Transfer the spam fried rice to a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
