Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block spam
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- A dash of sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the onion finely.
Dice the spam into small pieces.
Cook the spam in a pan until slightly golden.
Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté with the spam.
Push the spam and onion to the side of the pan, then pour sesame oil into the empty space.
Crack the egg into the pan and scramble it.
Mix the scrambled egg with the spam and onion.
Add the cooked rice to the pan.
Pour 1.5 to 2 tbsp of soy sauce over the rice and stir-fry everything together.
