- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
Protein
- 200g diced spam
- 🥚 1 egg, fried
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into thin strips.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Dice the spam into small cubes.
Fry the egg in a pan and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the green onion.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and continue sautéing.
Add water, chili powder, soy sauce, and oligosaccharide to the pan and mix well.
Add sesame oil and diced spam to the pan and stir-fry until heated through.
