INGRÉDIENTS
- Legumes - 🌱 200g steamed soybeans
 
- Tomato - 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
 
- Vegetables - 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
 
- Oil - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
- Seasoning - 100cc water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
 
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the core of the garlic before mincing.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add minced onion and sauté over medium-low heat until translucent.
Add steamed soybeans, diced tomatoes, and seasoning ingredients (water, salt, pepper, bay leaf). Mix well, cover, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover the pot and simmer for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, to evaporate excess liquid.
