    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp oligo syrup
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Soak the dried squid in boiling water for 1-2 minutes to soften it.

Drain the squid and mix it with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

While the squid is resting, prepare the soy sauce seasoning by mixing soy sauce, sugar, oligo syrup, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.

Heat the prepared seasoning in a pan until it starts to boil.

Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
