- 150g dried squid
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
After Stir-frying
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Generous amount of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare the dried squid by soaking it in cold water for 10 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remove excess water from the squid and mix it with 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
In a wok, combine 2 tbsp cooking oil, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp mirin, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 0.5 tbsp sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Add the squid to the boiling sauce and stir-fry until the flavors are absorbed.
Turn off the heat and mix in 1 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a generous amount of sesame seeds.
