- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Soak the dried squid in water for 3–4 minutes, then cut into smaller pieces.
Mix soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, plum syrup, sugar, and cooking oil to create the seasoning sauce.
Heat the seasoning sauce in a pan until it starts to boil.
Add the dried squid to the pan and stir-fry until well coated.
Once the liquid reduces, add corn syrup and stir well.
Add mayonnaise for a creamy texture and stir quickly before turning off the heat.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds for garnish.
