- 🍖 200g sliced pork shoulder
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion into 4–5 cm pieces and slice the chili pepper diagonally. Skip the chili if you prefer less spice.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, and black pepper to create the seasoning sauce.
Preheat a pan on high heat for 3 minutes, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, and stir-fry the pork until slightly browned.
Add the prepared green onion and chili pepper to the pan and stir-fry together.
Stir-fry until the green onion becomes slightly translucent, about 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning sauce and stir-fry briefly, then finish with 1/2 tbsp sesame oil.
Plate the dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
