- 🐖 500g pork neck
- 🧅 1 onion
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌱 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tbsp ginger powder
- A pinch of black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 1 stalk of chives
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients. Mince about 5 cm of green onion to make 1 tbsp.
Slice the onion into 1 cm strips and finely chop the chives for garnish.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sugar, oyster sauce, minced garlic, minced green onion, sesame oil, ginger powder, and black pepper to make the sauce.
Add the pork and onion to the sauce and mix well. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork and onion until fully cooked.
Serve the bulgogi on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
