Seasoning

- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 chopped green chili peppers
ÉTAPES
Slice the peeled garlic cloves into smaller pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the garlic to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
Mix water, soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, and chopped chili peppers in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the garlic and stir well.
Cook until the sauce thickens and is absorbed by the garlic.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and mix lightly.
Transfer the dish to a container and let it cool before serving.
