    • 🧂 100ml soy sauce
    • 💧 1 cup water
    • 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
    • 6 tbsp corn syrup
    • A pinch of black pepper
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic

ÉTAPES

Place chicken wings in a bowl and marinate with 1/2 cup soju, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and a generous amount of herb salt. Mix well.

Add 3 cups of fried chicken flour and gradually pour in water while mixing to create a batter.

Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a frying pan.

Fry the battered chicken wings for 3-5 minutes for the first round, then let them cool.

Fry the chicken wings again for a second round until golden and crispy.

In a separate pan, combine 100ml soy sauce, 1 cup water, 3 tbsp sugar, 6 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Boil on high heat for 10 minutes until reduced by half.

Add the fried chicken wings to the reduced sauce and toss to coat evenly. Reduce to low heat while mixing.
