- 3 tbsp cornstarch

Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
- a pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces for even cooking.
Mix 3 tbsp cornstarch, a pinch of pepper, and 2-3 pinches of salt with the chicken.
Coat the chicken evenly with the cornstarch mixture.
Prepare the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp garlic, 8 tbsp soy sauce, 2-3 tbsp lemon juice, a pinch of pepper, 2 tbsp plum extract, and 1 tbsp sugar.
Heat a pan with enough oil to cover the bottom but not submerge the chicken.
Pan-fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Drain excess oil using kitchen towels.
Add the chicken and prepared sauce to a pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the soy sauce chicken hot and enjoy!
