- 🍜 100g somyeon noodles
- 🥕 1/4 cup julienned carrot
- 🥒 1/4 cup julienned zucchini
- 🧅 1/4 cup julienned onion
- 🍄 1/4 cup shredded oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- ✨ 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Shred the oyster mushrooms and julienne the carrot, zucchini, and onion.
Lightly stir-fry each ingredient in a pan with a small amount of oil, then drain excess oil on paper towels.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, syrup, and sesame seeds to prepare the sauce.
Boil the somyeon noodles in a pot of water until cooked.
Rinse the cooked noodles under cold running water and drain thoroughly.
Mix the noodles with the prepared soy sauce mixture.
Top the noodles with the stir-fried vegetables as garnish.
