INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
 
Vegetables
- 120g sliced daikon
 - 50g sliced negi
 - 50g sliced burdock root
 
Condiments
- 2 tsp salad oil
 - 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
 - 1/3 tsp garlic paste
 - 1/2 tsp dashi powder
 - 3 tbsp miso
 
Liquids
- 300cc water
 - 300cc unsweetened soy milk
 
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into 6 vertical wedges, then slice into 5mm pieces. Slice the negi diagonally into 5mm pieces. Thinly slice the burdock root diagonally, soak in water, and drain.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add doubanjiang and garlic paste, and stir until well combined.
Add daikon, negi, and burdock root to the pot. Stir-fry until coated with oil. Add water and dashi powder, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.
Dissolve miso into the soup, then add unsweetened soy milk. Heat until just before boiling.
