    • 100g curry powder
    • 🥕 1/2 carrot
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 1 handful cabbage
    • 🥔 1 potato
    • 15 sausages
    • 💧 500ml water
    • 1 block soft tofu
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1 tsp salt
    • a pinch of black pepper
    • a pinch of parsley

ÉTAPES

Cut the potato, carrot, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Add cabbage, salt, black pepper, and 3 tbsp grape seed oil to a pan. Stir-fry on high heat.

Add sausages to the pan. You can substitute with pork, beef, or even spam.

Once the vegetables and sausages are 80% cooked, add curry powder and mix well.

Stir the mixture for 30 seconds to 1 minute on medium-low heat, then add 500ml water.

Bring the mixture to a boil on high heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the soft tofu and cook for another 2-3 minutes on high heat.

Serve over rice and garnish with parsley.
