- Main Ingredients - 🦆 200g smoked duck
- Pickled radish slices
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Perilla leaves
- Radish sprouts
 
- Sauce - Mustard sauce
 
ÉTAPES
Wash the bell pepper, remove seeds, and slice evenly. Clean the radish sprouts and perilla leaves. Rinse the pickled radish slices in cold water and drain.
Place the smoked duck on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 5 minutes.
Lay a pickled radish slice flat, place a perilla leaf on top, followed by sliced bell pepper and radish sprouts.
Add the heated smoked duck on top, fold the perilla leaf first, then wrap the radish slice tightly around the filling.
Arrange the wraps neatly on a plate and serve with mustard sauce on the side.
