Place the pumpkin in a bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.

Cut off the top of the pumpkin and scoop out the insides.

Place the smoked duck and garlic in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Mix the cooked duck with oyster sauce and black pepper.

Brush the inside of the pumpkin with corn syrup, fill it with the seasoned duck, and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
