- 🐟 1 can of tuna
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 100 ml water
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the green onion and half an onion.
In a pan, heat the oil from the canned tuna and stir-fry the green onion. Add the onion and cook until translucent over low heat.
Add gochujang, red pepper flakes, doenjang, minced garlic, sugar, and water to the pan. Simmer over low heat.
Add the tuna and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Serve over rice or with cabbage leaves.
