- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar

ÉTAPES
Julienne the radish into thin strips and mix with 2 tbsp coarse salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, rinse the radish under water and drain thoroughly.
Mix the drained radish with minced garlic, chili powder, vinegar, sugar, and optional fine salt. Toss well.
Serve as a side dish or use as a topping for bibimbap or other dishes.
