- 🌭 200g Vienna sausages
- 🧅 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 yellow paprika, diced
- 🥦 5-10 pieces of blanched broccoli
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- A drizzle of sesame oil (optional)
ÉTAPES
Dice the paprika and onion into small cubes.
Make small cuts in the Vienna sausages to prevent them from bursting while cooking.
Heat oil in a pan and start stir-frying the vegetables first.
Once the onion becomes semi-transparent, add the Vienna sausages and stir-fry.
Add minced garlic and stir well.
Sprinkle black pepper for added flavor.
Add the blanched broccoli and stir. If using raw broccoli, cook it together with the onion at the beginning.
Pour in the oyster sauce to balance the flavors.
Add ketchup and mix thoroughly.
Finish with sesame seeds and a drizzle of sesame oil.
