- 5 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 2 small onions
- 2 stalks green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the fish cake and onions thinly. Cut the green onion diagonally into short pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan, add soy sauce and water, then stir-fry the onions until softened.
Add the fish cake and continue stir-frying. When the fish cake and onions are nearly cooked, add green onion, chili powder, and minced garlic.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir briefly to finish. Garnish with additional sesame seeds for presentation.
