INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 300g bean sprouts
- 1/3 green onion, sliced
Liquids
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly under running water and drain them.
Slice the green onion into 0.3cm pieces and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a preheated pan and stir-fry the green onion.
Add the bean sprouts and 1 tbsp of mirin to the pan and stir-fry.
Once the bean sprouts start to wilt, add 3 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of red pepper powder, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and stir-fry until the aroma is released.
Finish by sprinkling 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds on top and serve.
