- 1/2 block spam, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of sugar
- Mayonnaise as desired
- 2 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Slice 1/2 onion thinly.
Dice 1/2 block of spam into cubes.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
Heat a frying pan and add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and scramble them.
Add diced spam to the pan and fry until golden brown.
Add a little olive oil to the pan and sauté the sliced onion.
Add 2 pinches of sugar and 1 tbsp soy sauce to the onion and stir well.
Place cooked rice onto a plate, shaping it neatly using a small bowl.
Arrange scrambled eggs around the rice on the plate.
Top the rice with sautéed onion and fried spam.
Drizzle mayonnaise over the dish as desired.
