- 1 handful of chives, chopped

ÉTAPES
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them. Add the chopped chives (cut into finger-length pieces) and mix well.
Add the diced Spam to the egg mixture and stir thoroughly. No need to add salt as Spam provides sufficient seasoning.
Heat a pan with olive oil. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and shape it into a round pancake on the pan. Cook until the edges start to set, then flip carefully.
