INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🦐 2 handfuls of shrimp
- 🧅 1 small onion, chopped
- 🥕 1 small carrot, chopped
- 🥒 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red and yellow bell peppers
- 🍚 1 serving of cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Chop the bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, and onion finely. Rinse the shrimp under running water and pat dry.
Heat a wok or large pan, add all the chopped vegetables and shrimp.
Add oyster sauce, black pepper, and olive oil to the pan.
Stir-fry the mixture until the vegetables and shrimp are cooked through.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
